We are excited to announce we are building our company organisational structure and looking to engage a DEVELOPMENT OFFICER to join the BOP team. This is a new role, as the company embark on increasing their growth, organisational development, delivery and engagement to shape the ecology of the jazz art form.

This is a new role, as the company embark on increasing their drive to support the growth of BOP’s organisational development and engagement to work with educational and creative organisations. Investigate new funding streams. Outreach potential to engage further with young people, students and professional dance theatre communities within the UK and internationally.

The position will require working hand-in-hand with the BOP Directors, transforming artistic visions into actionable plans. Whilst being an independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take on the unique challenges of a growing the profile and impact of a jazz dance theatre company.
